Blue Skies Digital is run by Jason Townsley, a sole trader based in Knutsford, Cheshire. This policy explains what personal information I collect through this website and how I use it.

What I collect

When you use the contact form or email me, I collect the details you give me: your name, email address, phone number (optional), business name and your message.

How I use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
• If you become a client, to deliver and invoice the work we agree.

The lawful basis is legitimate interests (responding to an enquiry you started) and, for clients, performance of a contract. I will never sell your details or add you to marketing lists without your permission.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are processed by Netlify (website hosting) and emails are stored with Zoho Mail. Both use appropriate safeguards for any data held outside the UK.

How long I keep it

Enquiries that don't go ahead are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for 6 years to meet HMRC requirements.

This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you, or object to how I use it. Email jason@blueskiesdigital.co.uk. If you're unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
